Sarah Womack was standing in an ice cream shop with her daughter Lola when an unknown number popped up on her phone. She answered. It was Sarah’s attorney calling about if she would maintain her parental rights to Lola.

I just started laughing and crying hysterically. And Lola is standing in front of me and she is laughing at me. Tears are streaming down my face … and Lola [says], ‘What is it, Mommy?’

And I was like, ‘I won! I won!’

Sarah had won, against all odds.
