GENERALIST
The U.S. District Court, Pittsburgh Division, is seeking a qualified individual with computer skills for the position of Generalist, starting salary ($36,903 – $41,528), depending upon experience and qualifications. Performs a wide variety of tasks including (but not limited to) the following: sorting, classifying and filing of case records, retrieving and making copies of documents, lifting and moving boxes and files, receiving and reviewing incoming documents and files documents meeting requirements, collects and maintains responsibility for fees paid to the court, issuing receipts and preparing case files (electronic and paper), providing an array of customer services and information, routing documents to the proper location within the court, sorting, processing and distributing mail. Prepares and mails summons notices and forms. Processes payments and reimbursements for jurors and prepare attendance certificates on behalf of jurors. Processes returned summons, including data entry and excusal letters. Operate the Jury Management System (JMS), the e-juror component of JMS, and other automated systems. Performs duties related to the master jury wheel refill and grand jury selection. Monitors and records the jury questionnaire process, juror attendance, and selection. Provides support and assist jurors during jury service. Operates a variety of copy, scanning, and records equipment and performs other related duties as assigned. Perform adult cardiac surgery, including minimally invasive cardiac surgery, endovascular cardiac surgery, valve repair, arrhythmia surgery, robotic cardiac surgery.
