It’s now or never time, folks! Pennsylvania is a make-it-or-break-it state for Democrats in presidential elections and it always comes down to how strong the vote is in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. As part of Hillary for America’s Get Out The Vote (GOTV) “Love Trumps Hate” performance series, Jon Bon Jovi will perform at a free concert at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hall on Thursday, October 27th.
Grammy Award winning musician, singer and songwriter Jon Bon Jovi’s iconic rock band, Bon Jovi, has sold over 130 million albums worldwide and performed over 2,800 concerts in 50 countries for more than 35 million fans. But he’s also a man with a social conscience — his Soul Kitchen restaurant in New Jersey has no prices on the menu. Diners pay for their meal by either making a donation, or volunteering their time in the kitchen.
Bon Jovi is also a strong Democrat who has campaigned for many candidates, including for Clinton during the New Jersey primary where he affirmed his support for her vision for an America that is stronger together. He joked earlier this summer that he would be “Secretary of Entertainment” in a Clinton White House. At Thursday’s event, he’ll perform and urge Pennsylvanians to support Hillary by turning out to vote on Election Day, November 8!
To attend the concert, you must register online here. You will be required to present your confirmation e-mail at the concert.
Admission is first-come, first-served and a ticket does not guarantee access to the concert if capacity is reached. Only one ticket per person will be issued per RSVP.
