Clinton and Trump offer voters distinct choices this fall on issues that shape everyday lives. Actual ideas are in play, as difficult as it can be to see them through the surreal layers of the 2016 presidential campaign. But decisions to be made by President Trump or President Clinton are going to matter to home and hearth. (AP Photo)

On Friday August 12, 2016, (it should have been Friday the 13th as far as I am concerned; Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump began to act as if he needed a diaper change as the general election creeps ever closer. As he falls even deeper behind in the polls he now is beginning to let his Aryan superiority nature shine through.

“We’re going to watch Pennsylvania. Go down to certain areas and watch and study and make sure other people don’t come in and vote five times,” he said at a rally in Altoona.

“If you do that, we’re not going to lose. The only way we can lose, in my opinion — I really mean this, Pennsylvania — is if cheating goes on.”

Mr. Trump has sat on the sidelines and watched “rigging” and voter manipulation go on and the only issue he had was whether President Barack Obama was a legal United States citizen.

During this “enlightened” time for Mr. Trump right wing advocates, legislators and sympathizers were “gerrymandering,” as well as creating stifling and racist voter I.D. laws, discontinuing or cutting Sunday and weekend polling place hours, (history shows that many minorities use Sunday as a voting day because many have to work during the week).

These new I.D. restrictions began to serve as the new “poll” tax.

According to Wikipedia: “The Twenty-fourth Amendment (Amendment XXIV) of the United States Constitution prohibits both Congress and the states from conditioning the right to vote in federal elections on payment of a poll tax or other types of tax. The amendment was proposed by Congress to the states on August 27, 1962, and was ratified by the states on January 23, 1964. Southern states of the former Confederate States of America adopted poll taxes in laws of the late 19th century and new constitutions from 1890 to 1908, after the Democratic Party had generally regained control of state legislatures decades after the end of Reconstruction, as a measure to prevent African Americans and often poor whites from voting. Use of the poll taxes by states was held to be constitutional by the Supreme Court of the United States in the 1937 decision Breedlove v. Suttles. When the 24th Amendment was ratified in 1964, five states still retained a poll tax: Virginia, Alabama, Texas, Arkansas, and Mississippi.”

The “I.D. tax” is the poll tax of the new millennium.

Hey, you don’t have the money to purchase the proper I.D., you don’t vote. Why? Well because voter fraud is running rampant in the United States and must be stopped before it destroys our democracy!

Are you kiddin me?

Amy Bingham wrote an article over a decade ago now posted on: http://abcnews.go.com., pointing out that; “Out of the 197 million votes cast for federal candidates between 2002 and 2005, only 40 voters were indicted for voter fraud, according to a Department of Justice study outlined during a 2006 Congressional hearing. Only 26 of those cases, or about .00000013 percent of the votes cast, resulted in convictions or guilty pleas.”

It is no coincidence that the Republicans stole, local, regional and state elections and took over the Congress of the United States during the 2010 and 2012 elections, after these new insidious and devious voting restrictions were proposed and enacted not by “crooked” Hillary, but by a “crooked” Republican congress.

In the past when the White majority felt threatened by growing numbers of the Black populace, hey they could just “cull” them or sell them off. The Republicans are preparing their “cheating machine” as they anticipate losing the 2016 Presidential election.

The Republicans are going to attempt to fix, rig or manipulate this process. They are not going to take this sitting down. From hacking into Democratic Party electronic files, to holding hearing after hearing on so-called Hillary Clinton violations for many years getting Republicans free press paid for by the taxpayers for Republicans to tie Hillary Clinton to the whipping post.

The only intention of this devious, genocidal and bloodthirsty culture is to kill, steal and beat the minority American population into submission.

These people are constantly asking God to bless America, while they have and continue to curse and maim Americans of color. Yeah we better watch out for cheating or continued voter cheating.

Just like the voter I.D is relative to a poll tax, the emancipation proclamation was signed twice. Abraham Lincoln issued the preliminary Emancipation Proclamation on September 22nd, 1862. It stipulated that if the Southern states did not cease their rebellion by January 1st, 1863, then Proclamation would go into effect.

A few of the Southern American states continue to rebel against minority voting rights 153 years after Blacks were released from the chains of bondage.

The “fix” goes on.

Donald Trump has told the American worker; “you’re fired” while simultaneously raking in much dough from his overseas, “international workforce.”

Why are they insisting that any litigation against Donald Trump’s fraudulent “Trump University” be delayed and put on the back burner until after the 2016 Presidential election, yet the Republicans continue to open and convene hearings and inquiries into every breath or step taken by Hillary Clinton in the past or in the present placing any issues concerning her on the front burner with a sky high flame, making sure that the issues boil over for America and the world to see, feel and hear?

The fix goes on and on and on.

The Supreme Court of the United States has back dated voting rights and insists that there are no longer any racial disparities as far as voting in America is concerned.

Don’t you dare sleep Donald Trumpf, (that’s’ his real last name) because if you do and we aren’t careful, the basic freedoms of people of color as well as all Americans might be diluted and fall by the wayside as well.
