FROM THE COLEMAN ENTERTAINMENT GROUP—Gillian and Michael Jai White made cinematic history as the first Hollywood African American power couple to star in a film together in which one of them directed.
Gillian and Michael bring their love to the big screen in “Never Back Down: No Surrender,” the highly anticipated third installment in the “Never Back Down” film saga that also stars Josh Barnett and Esai Morales. In the new film, Michael returns as the lead role of Case Walker, and the action hero also showcases his diverse talent as writer, producer, and director of the film.
The film was immediately available on DVD and digital platforms. The couple does things on their own terms, and is creating an empire with their new production company Jaigantic Entertainment!
Michael Jai White is an international film star and action hero. A celebrity figure known the world over, Michael has appeared in numerous films and television projects ever since he became the first Black superhero to hit the big screen in Spawn (1997), and is known for iconic roles in cult classics like “Black Dynamite” and “Falcon Rising.”
As a producer, director, actor and martial artist Michael Jai White is one of the biggest stars of his kind. He is also noted for his role in Tyler Perry movies “Why Did We Get Married,” and “Why Did We Get Married Too.”
Gillian White is a 20-year veteran actress that has most recently appeared in “Cops and Robbers” (2015) and the show “Partners” with Kelsey Grammer and Martin Lawrence. She has also appeared on popular shows like Nickelodeon’s former hit “Sam and Cat” with Ariana Grande, “Xena: The Warrior Princess” and had a recurring role on “Days of our Lives.”
