Coordinator – Part time

Position Summary

The Program Eligibility Coordinator will assist the Community College of Allegheny County (CCAC) in securing student benefits related to Bank on Greater Pittsburgh (BOGP). The Program Eligibility Coordinator is responsible for recruitment, reviewing information that impacts recipient benefits; processing eligibility transactions and coordinating with the Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh and CCAC Student Services operations.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED, CCAC affiliated individual or student with at least 30 credits and a QPA of 3.0 or above. Previous work history, Act 33/34 and FBI clearances required.

This is a grant-funded position.  Continued funding is contingent upon program performance and funding availability.

Professional Services

Port Authority is seeking a Manager – Contract Administration – Professional Services to manage the acquisition and contract administration of all professional service contracts; to review regulations and develop related policies and procedures; to coordinate agreements and services and resolve liability claims against professional service contracts; and to coordinate all agreements and resolutions contract disputes and claims.

To monitor and participate in the administration of all related professional service agreements.

Job requirements include:   

•BS Business Administration, or directly related field from an accredited school.  Experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.

•Minimum of five (5) years experience in purchasing, project management or contract administration.

•Minimum of five (5) years supervisory experience.

•Professional and effective communication skills.

•Demonstrated ability in the use of Windows.

Preferred attributes: 

•Professional License in related field.

•Experience in Public Sector contracting.

•Experience in contract administration software.

•Demonstrated ability in the use of PeopleSoft, Microsoft Excel, Word and SharePoint.
