Armed business robbery under investigation

PITTSBURGH, PA – The Pittsburgh Bureau of Police Robbery Squad is investigating after Zone 1 responded to the Family Dollar store on Spring Garden Avenue at approximately 8 p.m.

A Black female robbed the store at gunpoint. She appeared to be approximately 5’6″ with a heavy build. She was wearing gray sweatpants, a black Pittsburgh Steelers tank top, a blue hooded jacket, and a black Steelers ball cap.
