MOTOWN REVIEW—The Neighborhood Youth Outreach Program held their annual event with this years’ being a tribute to Motown. It was entitled NYOP presents Motown Review. Come celebrate the arts! The “Soul” of Our Universe. It was held at the Neighborhood Academy in the East End. The program is made up of young people from throughout the city and is headed by Tony Jackson. A variety of songs from Motown during the ‘60s, ‘70s and ’80s were performed by the youth who song and danced to the songs.
