Bid Proposal No. 899 Refuse and Recycling Removal – All Campuses

Proposals will be received at the Purchasing Department until 2:00 P.M. Prevailing Time on Monday, December 16, 2013 at which time they will be publicly opened.

Any proposals received after this deadline will be considered as a “late bid” and will be returned unopened to the offerer.

The CCAC Purchasing Department is now publishing all bids via the CCAC website at http://www.ccac.edu/default.aspx?id=153022. It will be each vendor’s responsibility to monitor the bid activity within the given website (“Bid and RFP Opportunities”) and ensure compliance with all applicable bid documents inclusive of any issued addenda.  Failure to incorporate any applicable addenda in the final submittal may result in the rejection of your bid.

Proposals may require Bid Bonds, Performance Bonds, Payment Bonds, and Surety as dictated by the specifications.

No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.

The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

ELEVATOR CONSULTING SERVICES

CONTRACT NO. ACHA-1504

The Allegheny County Housing Authority (ACHA) is currently seeking proposals from qualified individuals/firms to provide elevator consulting services for its elevator systems at various buildings owned and operated by the Authority.  Interested firms are requested to respond with a written proposal that demonstrates evidence of the firm’s capabilities, including but not limited to certifications, qualifications, resources, and other information as requested in this RFP as necessary to inspect and evaluate elevator systems in ACHA’s buildings.  Term of the contract will be for a two (2) year period with the option for two (2) one (1) year renewals; A detailed package describing submission requirements (no fee necessary) may be obtained by contacting Andrew Jamrom, A/E Administrator, at (412) 402-2464, Email ajamrom@achsng.com, or writing to the address below.  A Pre-Proposal Conference (non-mandatory) will be held at the Allegheny County Housing Authority Board Room, on Thursday, December 19, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
