NOV. 29—The Community Empowerment Association and the Coalition on Urban Affairs will host the Up Your Game Madden Tournament Challenge at 4 p.m. at the Arts, Cultural and Training Institute, 7120 Kelly St., Homewood. This is an anti-violence and human service campaign with weekly gaming tournaments aimed at imparting lessons about conflict resolution, reducing urban violence and giving young men a healthy, constructive outlet on the weekends. There will also be a Midnight Basketball Program at 8 p.m. Young men ages 12-25 are welcomed to participate.

DEC. 1—The Educating Teens About HIV/AIDS Inc. will host its 9th Annual Red Ribbon Gala at 4 p.m. at the Omni William Penn, 530 William Penn Place, Downtown. The event is in observance of World AIDS Day and will include a reception, a silent auction, special guests, a celebration and remembrance of life ceremony, the red ribbon awards presentation and more. DEC. 5—The McKeesport Regional History and Heritage Center will host its annual Holiday Open House from 12-5 p.m. at 1832 Arboretum Dr., McKeesport. Urban League Leadership Awards
