Love, Tamar Braxton, Tamera Mowry-Housely, Jeannie Mai, and Adrienne Bailon host “The Real” a Fox talk show that debuted to stellar reviews. It focuses on Black women tackling topics that are of interest to the masses. It will become nationally syndicated in 2014.

“Fox wanted to test “The Real for the summer season. It’s an urban talk show and people really liked it,” Love said. “I’m excited because I’ve wanted to do a talk show for a long time and this is the kind of show I wanted to do.

“The co-hosts are a group of fabulous, different women who can get together and have a spirited conversation,” said Love who takes on the big sister role in the group of co-hosts.

Love is currently working on making “Love Him or Leave Him But Don’t Get Stuck With The Tab” into a sitcom, and will be seen in several movies next year.

“Whoever you are and whatever you do, enjoy your job. I’m learning to enjoy my journey,” she said. “Comics need to keep writing, keep performing and never give up. Keep getting out there and make your money so that you can live. If you have to take a day job, do that but make time for what you love.”
