:03 Your Pittsburgh Pirates now have the 2nd best record in baseball… CAN – YOU – DIG – IT!!!

:02 The Armon Gilliam Memorial Hard Work Basketball Camp for Boys and Girls is coming up on Aug. 3 and 4 at the wonderful and safe Penn Hills YMCA. The camp is held in memory of the late great “Hammer.” An outstanding high school football player and wrestler who as a late developer went on to have a fantastic 14-year NBA career. Thanks to Armon, “Sir Charles” Barkley was the keynote speaker at our Willie Stargell Pittsburgh MVP Awards Banquet about five years ago and Charles said Armon was the hardest working guy he had ever played with. Thus, the name “Hard Work” Camp. Sign your 8- to 16-year-old kids up today for the two-day program by calling the Champions at 412-628-4856, Monday-Saturday, 8 a.m.-8 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Lunch both days. Free camp T-shirt, skills, drills, games, lecture, former college and pro-players and coaches. All under the direction of Coach Jay Latimer and former Connie Hawkins League MVP and current pro player with the Pittsburgh Bullets Warren Wilson. (And mom…tell your kids it’s hard work…very, very hard work. Now who wants some!?!?)

:01 What? I said Miami won, Fred!
