The Hon. Cynthia A. Baldwin has been a trailblazer who opened the doors for other Blacks and women in the Pennsylvania courts as she worked her way through the system to the highest court in the state.

She served as a justice on the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania from 2005 to 2008. Since retiring from the court she has served on the boards of several professional and community service organizations, has been published in several legal journals and has received international honors.
