The Centre Avenue YMCA has long been a beacon of hope to the Hill District community with a rich history of fostering leadership and offering guidance to those in need and it looks forward to a bright future with the construction of the Thelma Lovette YMCA. The Centre Avenue YMCA provides not only resident rooms, but also offers after-school programs, youth sports and employment and an array of services that benefit the community.

The Thelma Lovette YMCA will offer state of the art workout equipment as well as a six lane swimming pool and additional community resources and programming.

The Wine & Cheese Soirée is not solely a fundraiser it is also a celebration of the Centre Avenue & Thelma Lovette YMCA and the services it provides. The event was created to bring Pittsburgh’s neighborhoods, organizations, businesses and professionals together for a night of great music, food, fun and networking.
