Pastoral anniversary

APRIL 14—New Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 1434 Juniata St., North Side, will host the 44th Pastoral Anniversary of Rev. Dr. Samuel W. Williams Jr. at 7 p.m. The theme is “44 Years of Vision, Obedience, Faithfulness & Dedication.” There will be nightly services with special guests, which include Rev. Thomas Holland, Rev. Wanda Sawyer, Rev. David B. Lee, Rev. William C. Calloway, Rev. Elton Allen and Rev. Lowell T. Williams. The anniversary will run through April 18. Pre-pastoral anniversary

APRIL 15—Mount Carmel Baptist Church, 90 Port Perry Rd., North Versailles, will host a Pre-pastoral Anniversary at 7 p.m. The anniversary is to celebrate 10 years under the leadership of Rev. Barbara A. Gunn. The theme is “Celebration of Love.” The anniversary will run through April 18. The guest preachers will be Rev. Thomas Holland and Rev. Michael Owens. APRIL 23—The Women of Ingomar United Methodist Church, 1501 W. Ingomar Rd., Ingomar, will host their Annual Spring Rummage Sale in the Fellowship Hall from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. There will be nearly new clothing, jewelry, toys, books and household items.
