Hulkamania still running wild after 3 decades

In this April 3, 2005, file photo, Hulk Hogan fires up the crowd between matches during WrestleMania 21 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. (AP Photo/Chris Carlson, File) by Dan GelstonAP Sports Writer Even at 60, Hulk Hogan wants to win one more time in the ring. Hogan laughs, looks at the camera, and simply says, “Brother!”

They say he doesn’t compare to Michael Jordan (the most arrogant athlete I have ever encountered). Jordan had commercials before he played an NBA game. Jordan retired from the NBA to play professional baseball, but he couldn’t hit a fastball. He thought he was the greatest ATHLETE. Hubris anyone?

Jay-Z is this generation's Jackie Robinson

JAY-Z by Dion Rabouin ATLANTA (RTNS)–Sports writers have long lamented the lack of seminal sports figures in today’s game. Folks say athletes willing to take a stand like Jackie Robinson and Muhammad Ali are conspicuously missing in this generation.
