Davenports receive Philanthropy Day award

Two prominent Pittsburghers were honored for their philanthropy on Nov. 15, when the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Western Pennsylvania Chapter presented its annual National Philanthropy Day awards.

The event was held at the Sheraton Hotel at Station Square in Pittsburgh.

Judy and Ron Davenport are known across the country for both their business acumen and their support for worthy causes, but nowhere is their impact as strong as in western Pennsylvania.
