Fashion Watch...First lady repeats

On the night of the big win FLOTUS pulled out a frock that she had worn before. The Michael Kors metallic burgundy patterned knee length dress? She first wore the dress to a White House party in December, 2009 and then again for the Medal of Honor presentation ceremony in November 2010. On Tuesday she added a cropped black sweater.

I wonder if Mrs. Obama keeps a log of what she wears when. She could use a set of those tags I wrote about a few weeks ago. I think I’ll send them to her.

One thing Mrs. Obama is showing us is she can still fit the dresses from a few years ago and there is no shame in repeating a favorite outfit.

The first daughters were charming and looked so age appropriate. Sasha, 11 and Malia, 14 both in colorful skirts looked great. They accessorized their looks just right and their hair was “right on.” It will be exciting to see how they mature over the next four years.

The Romney’s and Ryan’s were in various shades of red, white and blue but we only got to see their ensembles briefly as they said goodbye and so long.
