			<description><![CDATA[And this is so sad. Surprisingly a lot of people have no clue how to do a simple budgeting despite having a very miserable financial situation. And I can tell you even more: not only they have to be attentive to their expenses in times of need, but all the time in order to prevent any finance related issues to ever happen to them. And I cannot agree more with this statement: The reason millions of people struggle after Christmas is the same reason millions of people are living hand to mouth, paycheck to paycheck—oversp ending, no savings, poor money management and no financial game plan.]]></description>
