Multi-Purpose Center Recreation and Accessible Improvements
This project consists of all work necessary for the renovation of the existing basketball court including paving, striping, fencing, hoops, goals, and nets and the installation of an asphalt accessible ramp in accordance with the construction plans and specifications

Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided by the Municipality of Penn Hills.  Proposals to receive consideration must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of the Municipality of Penn Hills in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal as a guarantee that, if the Proposal is accepted, the successful Bidder will enter into an Agreement within 15 days after Notice of the Award of the Contract.
The Proposals must be made to the Municipality of Penn Hills, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and shall remain firm for a period of ninety (90) days.  No Bidder may withdraw his Proposal during the ninety (90) day period without forfeiting his Bid guarantee.

The Work of this Project includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials and incidentals for the rehabilitation or repair of selected components/systems in the Mt. Lebanon Tunnel. Specific repairs include water control and structural repairs of the shotcrete tunnel liner, replacement of the tunnel handrail, replacement of the tunnel standpipe, repair or replacement of the tunnel electrical systems including replacement of tunnel luminaires, and cleaning and repair of the tunnel drainage system.

The Department of Public Works is seeking Architectural Services for historic interior/exterior restoration, renovation, adaptive reuse and building forensics of the Allegheny County Courthouse. The consultant must staff all projects with skilled and experienced personnel who are most appropriate for the specific tasks including but not limited to mechanical, structural, electrical and plumbing disciplines.
