Refund Policy

Subscription refunds-If a customer cancels the subscription and applies for a refund before the subscription period has ended, the customer will receive a refund for any remaining full months in the period.

Classified Advertising Refunds-A customer must cancel within 24 hours any advertising that has been prepaid for a full refund. No portion of any set-up fees will be refunded. The New Pittsburgh Courier reserves the right to re-run an advertisement for credit instead of a refund, unless the advertisement is specified to run by a particular date.
