It was a warm and muggy morning in New Orleans. I had come to the birthplace of jazz to cover the “Facemeike” 2009 football camp hosted the  by Pittsburgh Steelers two-time Super Bowl winning cornerback, Ike Taylor. As I waited for Uncle Herman a.k.a Herman Francois to scoop me up, I spotted a leftover unused wheelchair that was seemingly abandoned in the US Airways passenger pickup area just screaming at me to come and take the weight off of my bad knees.

One would find it ironic that University of Pittsburgh products Sam Young and DeJuan Blair would be projected as mid to late first rounders and would both slide to the second round. Even more so they would go 36th and 37th overall, respectively.
