The Salute to Minority Achievers is held each year to give recognition and show appreciation to minorities who have made outstanding contributions in their profession. To be considered for this honor, one must “surpass expectations within an organization and make notable contributions in their field of endeavor and their community.”
These awards are also given in hopes that the accomplishments of the recipients will inspire others. In his five years at Comcast, Frazier has held a number of roles with increasing levels of responsibility: supervisor of IP support, supervisor of E-Care and regional manager of IP support.
Named director of IP support more than a year ago, Frazier was given the task of leading a newly created Business Services Call Center to provide technical customer support to six regions within Comcast’s NorthCentral Division. Frazier’s team was instrumental in establishing cost-effective procedures and protocol to provide the highest quality of care to the NorthCentral Division’s business clients. Recently, Comcast recognized the call center as “the best centralized small- to medium-size Business Call Center in the nation.”
“It’s an honor to be recognized by Minority Opinion Magazine,” said Frazier. “Comcast has allowed me to grow and be successful in my field and I was proud to represent our organization at this event.”
