Community Education Centers (CEC) is a leading provider in residential and outpatient community corrections programs. We are seeking a Therapeutic Community Manager for SCI Pittsburgh, a minimum/ lower-medium security prison that provides drug and alcohol treatment to inmates. In this role, you will report directly to the Director and manage Counselors and Supervisors. You will also be responsible for supervising several therapeutic communities.
CAC/CCDP/CCJP certification along with institutional therapeutic communities and supervisory experience is required. Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of institutional security/treatment staff and the DOC. Master’s degree preferred.
