| PAGEANT WINNERS—12-year-old Jasmine Williams of Penn Hills (left) was named Miss Princess in the 36th annual Miss Black Teenage/Miss Princess pageant last Sunday at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hall in Oakland. Williams received a $500 cash prize. Charmaine Clarke, 16, of the Hill District took home the Miss Black Teenage title along with a $1,000 cash prize.
