(Targeted Area Local Leaders) Team, a group of area residents charged and trained to establish and realize the goals of the Weed & Seed Initiative. The individual should possess a working knowledge of the community and of the community-based and nonprofit organizations operating in the Wilkinsburg area. The primary role of the coordinator will be to recruit members for the T.A.L.L. Team, coordinate and facilitate the T.A.L.L. Team’s training, work, and meetings. The coordinator will work with the T.A.L.L. Team to develop its mission statement and statement of objectives. Consistent with the mission and objectives, the coordinator will facilitate and maintain records and reports of the T.A.L.L. Team’s activities, and represent the T.A.L.L. Team at regular project coordinating committee meetings throughout the community. The successful applicant must be able to work with a diverse group of people and have exceptional organizational and communication skills.
