NEVILLE RAMP BRIDGE REHABILITATION

The Work of this Project includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, material, tools, equipment for the rehabilitation of the Neville Ramp Bridge, including but not limited to, replacement of the bridge deck and barrier, deck joints, girder bearings, north approach slab, pier concrete repairs, painting of the steel girders, new bridge lighting, pedestrian canopies, etc.

INVITATION FOR BIDS
Sealed bids will be received in the office of the Controller of Butler County, Mr. Benjamin Holland, Fifth Floor, County Government Center, 124 West Diamond Street, PO Box 1208, Butler, PA 16003-1208, until 2:00pm prevailing time on Tuesday, October 11, 2016. All bids received will be opened at the agenda setting meeting in the Public Meeting Room, First Floor, County Government Center, 124 West Diamond Street, Butler, PA 16001 on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at 9:30am.
A general description of the work is as follows for renovations to The Victim Outreach Intervention Center (VOICe): Replacement of 8 security cameras at VOICe’s shelter facility.  VOICe currently has a complete security system of which the software and hardware were previously installed and are maintained by Guardian Protection Services.  Submitted bids must detail the cost of providing and installing 8 new, high definition, infrared cameras that are compatible with the existing Exacqvision software and hardware.  If a bidder is unable to provide the specified cameras, then their bid must detail the cost of installing a complete new security camera system. If this will be necessary, bidders are required to provide that information at the pre-bid meeting and will subsequently receive detailed specifications of the security camera system configuration that is needed.
Funding for this project is from Butler County’s 2015 Emergency Shelter Grant.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
MUNICIPALITY OF PENN HILLS

Sealed Proposals will be received by the Municipality of Penn Hills, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania until 10:30 A.M. October 6, 2016 to be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter for the following project:
LINCOLN PARK ELECTRICAL UPGRADES
This Project includes the installation of electrical upgrades to the Lincoln Park Building, consisting of the installation of a new transformer, new panel boards, and miscellaneous work.

Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided by the Municipality of Penn Hills.  Proposals to receive consideration must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder’s Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of the Municipality of Penn Hills in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal as a guarantee that, if the Proposal is accepted, the successful Bidder will enter into an Agreement within 15 days after Notice of the Award of the Contract.
The Proposals must be made to the Municipality of Penn Hills, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and shall remain firm for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days.  No Bidder may withdraw his Proposal during the one hundred twenty (120) day period without forfeiting his Bid guarantee.
Performance, Maintenance, and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, along with Public Liability and Property Damage Certificates of Insurance in the amounts specified, as well as Certificates of Workman’s Compensation must be filed with the executed Agreement upon acceptance of the Proposal from the successful Bidder.
