INVITATION FOR BIDS
The URBAN REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY of Pittsburgh will receive bids from qualified contractors for construction of storm sewers, grading, asphalt paving, landscaping and supporting tasks related to installation of a parking area at the west end of South Water Street, and all work incidental thereto required to complete LTV South Side Works, South Side Works Marina, Site Preparation Contract No. 22 until 11:00 a.m. prevailing time on Wednesday, the 27th day of August, 2014, at its office, 11th floor, 200 Ross Street, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15219, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Conference Room on the 11th floor.

•Yearly Service Contract for Repairs to Plumbing Systems
•Inspection, Service and Repairs for Gas and Oil Burners, Boilers and Furnaces
•Planned Maintenance and Service for Chillers and Refrigeration Systems
•Service Contract – Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Systems Water Treatment
Project Manual and Drawings will be available for purchase on July 28, 2014 at Modern Reproductions (412-488-7700) 127 McKean Street, Pittsburgh, Pa., 15219 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The cost of the Project Manual Documents is nonrefundable.  Project details and dates are described in each project manual.
