JULY 17—The Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh will host its Lunch & Learn Series at 12:15 p.m. at the Downtown & Business Branch, 612 Smithfield St., Downtown. The topic will be “CrowdFunding Your Business with Kiva Zip.” The session, presented by Emily Keebler of Kiva, will discuss the utilization of crowdfunding to collectively raise start-up capital for business ventures, causes or community projects. Kiva Zip allows individuals to make and receive 0 percent interest micro loans for small business start-up in the Pittsburgh area. Seating is limited.
