In Game 1 of the NBA Finals the air-conditioning at the San Antonio Spurs’ home arena, The AT&T Center, broke. Temperatures in the capacity-filled Texas stadium climbed into the 90’s as the game progressed. It was so hot, the elephant ears were heard to have been planning a boycott.
But no one felt it harder than The Heat. The rising temperature had Lebron’s body cramping so bad towards the end of the game that he could barely walk.
Jim Rome used his interview with Detroit Tigers baseball player Torii Hunter as an opportunity to get another player’s perspective on Lebron’s cramps. Torii experienced cramps as a football player in high school that shut him down as well.
But during sex, dealing with his cramps was an entirely different ball game.
