Bridge joins Chester Group as EVP and COO for Chester Engineers, Inc.

Mr. Bridge will focus on operational performance and implementing Chester’s strategic vision across a wide range of industry segments including municipal, industrial & commercial projects.

Chester Group, Inc., the recently operationalized parent company for Chester Engineers – one of the world’s leading engineering services firms, announces the hiring of Anthony R. Bridge, as Executive Vice President of Chester Group, Inc. and Chief Operating Officer for Chester Engineers, Inc. Chester provides energy, water and wastewater solutions to public and industrial clients across the United States and internationally.

Mr. Bridge, a senior executive with 38 years of industry experience and a proven record of success, joined the Chester Group on Monday, June 2, 2014.

In January 2014, Chester Group, Inc. launched three company divisions: Chester Engineers, Chester LNG, and Chester International.  In this position, Mr. Bridge will lead the operations areas of Chester Engineers, Inc. Under this umbrella, his teams will focus on the operational excellence and strategic growth in the municipal, commercial, industrial, and international markets.

Bridge most recently served as the Vice President of Engineering, Research and Development at United States Steel Corporation.  Mr. Bridge earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial management from Purdue University’s Krannert Business School in Lafayette Indiana; a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University at its Calumet Campus in Hammond Indiana; and a master’s degree in business from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion Indiana.
