Spring Concert
The University of Pittsburgh Jazz Ensemble presents its Spring Concert at 8 p.m. at the Bellefield Hall Auditorium, 315 S. Bellefield Ave., Oakland. The ensemble, under the direction of Ralph Guzzi, will be joined by saxophonist Don Braden. Braden, a tenor saxophonist known for his imaginative and soulful sound, has toured the world. Pittsburgh Improv Jam
The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust presents the Pittsburgh Improv Jam at 10 p.m. at the Cabaret at Theater Square, 655 Penn Ave., Cultural District. This is an evening of spontaneous, comedic scenes inspired by audience suggestions and performed by experienced improvisers. This is a 21 and over aged event. RACE Exhibition
The Carnegie Museum of Natural History presents “RACE: Are We So Different?’ at 4400 Forbes Ave., Oakland. This exhibition looks at the ways science and human-history has intersected to form our understanding and beliefs about race. It explores the history of the idea of race, the changing role of science in that history and so much more. The exhibit will be displayed through Oct. 27. Jazz at Andys

Follow Scooby-Doo and the Mystery Inc. gang as they solve an epic mystery in Pittsburgh. This hilarious live theater show brings this favorite animated series to life.
