Hollywood, CA — Two popular reality shows are coming back for another season – “Braxton Family Values” and “SWV Reunited” – both of which are aired on WE tv.

According to Variety.com, the most recent third season of “Braxton Family Values” had an average of 1.4 million viewers per episode, and that was enough to keep their show on the network for an upcoming fourth season. “SWV Reunited” had a slightly lower average of 1.2 million viewers per episode over its initial six-episode run, and that again was enough to keep their show live.

The Braxton show follows the personal lives and careers of sisters Toni, Tamar, Towanda, Trina and Traci Braxton. The show’s strong social media presence has been credited for it’s success, and it’s fourth season will consist of 26 new episodes. The show is produced for WE tv by Magical Elves Productions and executive produced by Dan Cutforth, Jane Lipsitz, Julio Kollerbohm and Michelle Kongkasuwan.

The SWV show follows the lives and comeback of Coko, Taj and Lelee of the ’90s R&B group SWV (Sisters With Voices). Their show’s success has been credited also with social media, and a strong tight-knit fan base. Their sophomore season will be expanded to 10 episodes, and is produced for WE tv by Entertainment One Television (eOne) and executive produced by Tara Long, John Morayniss and Howie Miller.

Lauren Gellert, a senior vice president at WE tv, commented, “WE tv has become a true destination for quality unscripted originals on Thursday nights. These shows have played a significant role in expanding our audience, reaching new viewers, attracting advertisers and building momentum for the network, and we’re excited to give our viewers exactly what they want by bringing them back for fresh new seasons.”

WE tv, which caters to women television viewers, also airs other popular shows including “Will and Grace,” “Law & Order”, and other original shows including “Bridezillas”, “Joan & Melissa” (starring Joan Rivers), and “Mary Mary” (starring gospel duo Mary Mary).
