Worship and Music Symposium
JAN. 25–Eastminster Presbyterian Church, 250 N. Highland Ave., East Liberty, will host its Worship and Music Symposium from 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m. This symposium will explain traditional and contemporary music, cross-cultural and biblical worship, instrumental worship and musicianship, vocal technique and voice care, and more. Presenters include James Ziegler, Pastor Denise Graves, Jerome Kirkland, Nikki Porter and Dr. Nemesio Valle III. Registration is required and will include a continental breakfast and lunch. Women’s Brunch
JAN. 25—The SHOUT (Sisters Hanging Out United in Truth) Women’s Ministry of Union Baptist Church of Swissvale, 2117 Collingwood Ave., Swissvale, will host a Women’s Brunch from 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Every fourth Saturday of the month, women will come together for food, fun and fellowship to praise the Lord and hear a Word from a woman of faith. Pastoral Anniversary Concert
JAN. 25—Carrone Baptist Church, 7119 Frankstown Ave., Homewood, will host its Pastoral Anniversary Concert at 4 p.m. The anniversary for Rev. Alonzo Murphy Jr. will include a concert featuring the Baptist Temple Church Male Chorus. Then on Jan. 26 there will be a Pastoral Anniversary Celebration service at 10:45 a.m. with Rev. Juanita Ross of West Virginia, followed by a 3:30 p.m. service with Rev. J.V.A. Winsett. The Glorious Rebirth Choir will provide the music. For more information, call 412-371-9919.

Sister2Sister
JAN. 25—Solid Rock Ministry of St. Paul AME Church, 187 Morgantown St., Uniontown, will host its Sister2Sister Series at 6 p.m. Guest speaker Dr. Joyce Royster will speak on how to “Take the Limits Off” and reach our “Maximum Potential.” Men are welcomed to attend this seminar. Prophetic Power Series
JAN. 26—Missionary Temple Ministries, 238 Penn Circle East, East Liberty, will host its Prophetic Power Series at 11:30 a.m. The theme is “Possessing My Promise.” The fourth Sunday of every month through April, come and get prophetic insight, preaching and power. Men’s Fellowship
JAN. 27—The Men’s Ministry of Coraopolis COGIC, 1046 State Ave., Coraopolis, will host its “Man-2-Man” Men’s Fellowship at 7:30 p.m. The last Tuesday of every month, men of God will gather to unburden themselves with the issues that they many struggle with as Christian males.
