Grilled Whole Branzino

2 whole branzino (1-1/2 lbs) cleaned, tails and head intact
Extra virgin olive oil
Finely ground sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
2 thin wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Vegetable oil (for grill)

1 lemon thinly sliced (plus 1 cut into wedges for garnish)
3 sprigs of fresh basil (plus 1 for garnish)
