Thursday 25Pittsburgh ExhibitThe August Wilson Center for African American Culture presents the “Pittsburgh: Reclaim, Renew, Remix” Exhibit from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. at 980 Liberty Ave., Cultural District. This exhibit is designed to herald the contributions of artists, musicians, dancers, sports and literary figures to Western Pennsylvania’s African-American Culture. Network ConventionAPRIL 26—Talk Magazine will host its 2013 Pennsylvania African-American Network Convention from 6-10 p.m. at the Wyndham Pittsburgh University Center, 100 Lytton Ave., Oakland. This two-day event will include speakers, panelists and more. There will be a dialogue addressing employment opportunities and workforce development in health care, finance, manufacturing and energy. But the spice is caustic, and trying to gulp it down can cause choking, throat irritation, breathing trouble and even collapsed lungs, the report said.
