A Call to Freedom
    Citiparks presents the “A Call to Freedom” exhibit from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the City-County Building, 414 Grant St., Downtown. This exhibit celebrates Black History Month and features photographs and memorabilia honoring the role of African-Americans in the Armed Forces during the Civil War. Jazz Jam
    CJ’s Restaurant & Lounge presents “The Roger Humphries & RH Factor Jazz Jam Session” at 8 p.m. at 2901-2911 Penn Ave., Strip District. There will be live jazz and fun every Thursday night.
