Soul Food Junkies
JAN. 23—The African American Chamber of Commerce of Western Pennsylvania will host a viewing of “Soul Food Junkies” from 5-7 p.m. at the WQED Multimedia, Hillman Conference Center, 4802 Fifth Ave., Oakland. The film by Byron Hurt examines and discusses America’s deeply-rooted, complicated, and sometimes deadly, love affair with soul food and the impact that it has on our lives.
