CJ’s Restaurant & Lounge presents “The Roger Humphries & RH Factor Jazz Jam Session” at 8 p.m. at 2901-2911 Penn Ave., Strip District. There will be live jazz and fun every Thursday night. Hot Pink Pittsburgh

Adagio Health presents Hot Pink Pittsburgh at 8 p.m. at the August Wilson Center for African American Culture, 980 Liberty Ave., Cultural District. This is an evening of music and dance for a great cause. Adagio Health provides a full spectrum of high quality women’s services. The masters of ceremonies will be Andrew Stockey and Sally Wiggin, of WTAE-TV. Entertainers for the fundraiser will be the August Wilson Center Dance Ensemble, The Pittsburgh Gospel Choir and Dane Vannetter and Quartet. There will also be a reception at 6:30 p.m. featuring Jessica Lee and Max Leake, along with a live auction. Proceeds from the event will benefit Adagio Health. The League of Young Voters Education Fund presents the national #Ignite2012 Tour from 2-6 p.m. at the Kelly Strayhorn Theater, 5941 Penn Ave., East Liberty. The tour brings activism and hip-hop to the center stage. With the presidential election around the corner, the tour will address critical issues affecting youth between the ages of 18-35 and provide a platform for local and national leaders to discuss what it will take for Pittsburgh to move forward and strategies to engage urban youth in the democratic process. There will be a panel discussion featuring BET’S 106 & Park’s Rocsi Diaz, MSNBC commentator James Patterson, Jasiri X, Paradise Gray and many more.
