Revival in the Park

JULY 12—The Beltzhoover Civic Association will host their 2nd Annual Community Revival in the Park at 6:30 p.m. at McKinley Park, Beltzhoover. The theme is “Unity in the Community.” There will be a youth and young adult revival with Rev. J.E. Gamble of Petra International Ministries. Also, on July 13 there will be an adult revival with Bishop Loran Mann of Pentecostal Temple COGIC.

Youth Night

JULY 13—The Youth Department of Morningside COGIC, 5173 Dearborn St., Garfield, will host their One Night Youth & Young Adult Revival at 7 p.m. The guest speaker will be Minister Quallan Hawkins of Macedonia Baptist Church in Duquesne, along with guest soloist Lytia Brock and Minister Michael Warren, and the Macedonia Anointed Mime Group. Biblical Breakfast Series

JULY 14—Trinity AME Church, 2700 Wylie Ave., Hill District, will host their 2012 Summer Biblical Breakfast Series from 9:30-10:30 a.m. The theme is “Love.” Every second Saturday of the month a guest preacher will bring a Word based on the theme. This month’s guest preacher is Rev. Brenda J. Gregg and she will preach on the topic “Love thy God with all thy soul.” Registration is requested. For more information, call 412-621-9750.

Pastoral Anniversary

JULY 14—Mt. Ararat Baptist Church, 271 Paulson Ave., East Liberty, will host its 15th Pastoral Anniversary Celebration at 7 p.m. The celebration is to honor Rev. Dr. William H. Curtis, senior pastor, and his 15 years of service to Mt. Ararat. The two-day event will feature guest preacher Rev. Denny Davis and include weekend services. 60th Celebration

JULY 14—The Allegheny Union Baptist Association will host a Celebration for 60 years of service in Western Pennsylvania. The weeklong celebration, which will run through July 19, will include various activities, a prayer breakfast, a gospel concert, a Celebration in the Park and more. Dream Fest 2012

Vacation Bible School
