Christmas Tea

DEC. 16—The Fellowship of Christian Women will host a Christmas Tea from 10 a.m-12 p.m. at Mt. Ararat Baptist Church, 271 Paulson Ave., East Liberty. This event is for women of East End churches. Christmas Program

DEC. 16—First COGIC Beltzhoover, 615 Taft Ave., Beltzhoover, will host its 5th annual Christmas Program at 6 p.m. There will be worship, fellowship, gifts and more. For more information, call 412-431-9726.

Talent Night

DEC. 16—The Band will host the Ebenezer Baptist Church Talent Night at 7:30 p.m. at Ebenezer Baptist Church, 2001 Wylie Ave., Hill District. Bus Trip

DEC. 17—Traveling Divas and Gents Bus Tour will host a Bus Trip to “A Christmas Celebration 2011” in Maryland. The celebration will feature performances from BeBe & CeCe Winans, Beverly Crawford, Marvin Sapp, Tye Tribbett and Donnie McClurkin. Ada’s Promise

DEC. 17—Heir Force of Brown Chapel AME Church, 1400 Boyle St., North Side, will host “Ada’s Promise” at 6 p.m. at the New Hazlett Theater, Allegheny Square East, Allegheny Center, North Side. This is a contemporary Christmas story that reveals an ancient promise and helps a family discover the true meaning of Christmas. Tickets are $10 and benefit the educational ministry of Heir Force. Bible Study

ONGOING—King of Kings Baptist Ministries, 5169 Broad St., Garfield, will host its Hour of Power Bible Study at 7:30 p.m. Every Tuesday there will be an in-depth look into the Word of God.
