Singles Day

JULY 2—The Singles Café will host its Singles Café Day at Kennywood from 12-9 p.m. at 4800 Kennywood Blvd., West Mifflin. All single men and women are invited to attend. Tickets are $25. For more information, call Tonya Smith at 412-628-0100.

Friends/Family Day

Christmas in July

JULY 9—The Parent Club of Northside Institutional COGIC, 302 W. North Ave., North Side, along with Bidwell Presbyterian Church and the Original Church of God Deliverance Center will host a Christmas in July Toy Drive at 12 p.m. The guest speaker will be Rev. Pastoral Anniversary

JULY 10—Unity Baptist Church, 1023 Talbot Ave. and 736 Washington St., Braddock, will host its Pastoral Anniversary Celebration at 10:30 a.m. This is the 7th pastoral anniversary of Pastor Richard W. Wingfield. The guest preacher will be Rev. Melvin Rippy, president of the Baptist Ministers Conference of Pittsburgh. Following the service, there will be a celebration banquet at Olympia Banquet Hall, 1575 Electric Ave., East Pittsburgh, at 2:30 p.m. Tickets are $30 for adults and $10 for kids. Men’s/Women’s Day

JULY 10—Beth ‘El Tabernacle of Peace Ministries will host its Inaugural Service of Installation at 5 p.m. at the Greentree Radisson Hotel, West Ballroom, 101 Radisson Dr., Greentree. The installation/ consecration speaker will be Pastor Romona Moore of the Temple of Praise in Washington, D.C. Overseers Bishop Peter M. Hallenbeck and Senior Pastor Myrna L. Music Ministry

Bible Study

ONGOING—King of Kings Baptist Ministries, 5169 Broad St., Garfield, will host its Hour of Power Bible Study at 7:30 p.m. Every Tuesday there will be an in-depth look into the Word of God.
