Inclusivity Party

MAY 18—The Western Pennsylvania Diversity Initiative will host an Inclusivity Party from 6-9 p.m. at the LeMont Restaurant, 1114 Grandview Ave., Mt. Washington. This fundraiser and celebration of Pittsburgh’s diversity and economic development will feature the sounds of the Kevin Howard Trio, a silent auction and delicious food. The guest speaker will be Eric Peterson, manager of Diversity & Inclusion for the Society for Human Resource Management. Registration is requested. Anniversary

MAY 19—Adagio Health will host their 40th Anniversary at 6:30 p.m. at the Rodef Shalom, 4905 5th Ave., Oakland. This is a celebration of 40 years of serving women and families in Western Pennsylvania. Victoria Kennedy will be the featured keynote speaker, along with a question and answer session with Kennedy. Fashion show

MAY 19—Message Carriers of Pennsylvania Inc. will host the “Recovery is Beautiful” Fashion Show & Dinner from 6-9 p.m. at Churchill Valley Country Club, 800 Beulah Rd., Churchill. The show will feature fine fashions for men, women and children. Debbie Norrell will be the mistress of ceremonies. Vendors will also be on hand. Spring social

MAY 20—The Neighborhood Academy School will host the Faces of the Future Spring Social at 6:15 p.m. at the American Eagle Outfitters Headquarters, 77 Hot Metal St., South Side. Rankin clean-up

MAY 21—Rankin Community Development Corporation will host a Community Clean-Up Day from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. at the Rankin Ball Field, Rankin Boulevard. Community walk

MAY 21—Circle C Youth & Family Services and the Highmark Walk for a Healthy Community! Will host a Walk Fundraiser at 9 a.m. at Heinz Field, North Shore. Benefit dinner

MAY 21—The Ozanam Basketball Program will host a Benefit Dinner from 5-8 p.m. at Damon’s Grill & Sports Bar, US Steel Towers, 600 Grant St., Downtown. The theme is “Remembering the Past, Celebrating the Present and Cultivating the Future.” Vince Simms of WPXI will be the emcee and actor and former Ozanam Alum Lamman Rucker will give the keynote address. Lavender affair

MAY 22—Softer Side Seminar will host a Lavender Affair from 2:30-5:30 p.m. at the Montage, 201 Braddock Ave., Homewood. Promise luncheon

MAY 24—The Pittsburgh Promise will host the 2nd Annual Parents for The Promise Luncheon at 12 p.m. at the Rivers Club, One Oxford Center, 301 Grant St., Downtown. Attendees will hear testimony from Pittsburgh Promise scholars and enjoy live entertainment. Proceeds will benefit the Promise. Registration is required and the cost is $30.
