Open house

NOV. 5—The Biblical Counseling Institute will host an Open House from 2-5 p.m. at the Willson Center of the Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary, 7418 Penn Ave., East Liberty. Anniversary luncheon

NOV. 6—Metropolitan Baptist Church, 22 Sampsonia St., North Side, will host their Church Anniversary Luncheon at 11 a.m. at the Holiday Inn, 4859 McKnight Rd., North Hills. Fundraiser/benefit

NOV. 6—The Pittsburgh Mennonite Church, 2018 S. Braddock Ave., Swissvale, will host “In the Service of Peace” a Fundraiser/benefit concert with Anthony Brown. Brown is a local and internationally acclaimed baritone. He will sing and talk about peace and how music has assisted in bringing people together. The event is free and open to the public. Church anniversary

NOV. 7—Mount Carmel Baptist Church, 90 Port Perry Rd., N. Versailles, will host their 86th Church Anniversary at 9:30 a.m. Seven preachers of Mount Carmel will expound on the Beatitudes in a sermonette form. Day of discipleship

NOV. 12—House of Manna Media will host a “Day of Discipleship” featuring the Unashamed Tour 2010: The Movement from 7-11 p.m. at Petra International Ministries, 235 East Gate Dr., East Hills.
