The celebration will begin with a Peace N the Hood basketball tournament and slam dunk contest at Kenard Field. AUG. 6—The Alexander family will host a North Side Reunion Kickoff at 7 p.m. at the Gateway Clipper Fleet, 350 W. Station Square Dr., Station Square. It is a celebration and kickoff to the North Side reunion. The ticket includes an all you can eat buffet and oldies deejay. AUG. 7—The Northside Oldtimers will host their 4th Annual Northside Oldtimers “Unity Gathering from 12-8 p.m. at West Park, North Side. This is a day of unity for North Siders young, old and in between. The event is in memory of Walter Butler and Reggie Ward.
