The celebration will begin with a Peace N the Hood basketball tournament and slam dunk contest at Kenard Field. AUG. 6—The Alexander family will host a North Side Reunion Kickoff at 7 p.m. at the Gateway Clipper Fleet, 350 W. Station Square Dr., Station Square. AUG. 7—The Northside Oldtimers will host their 4th Annual Northside Oldtimers “Unity Gathering from 12-8 p.m. at West Park, North Side. This is a day of unity for North Siders young, old and in between. The event is in memory of Walter Butler and Reggie Ward.
